Leading Property Agency Appoints Top Sales Director

LEADING Sunshine-Coast based development company, Henzell Property Group, has appointed renowned sales manager Marcus Muir to the position of Sales Director where he will manage the sales and marketing of the company’s extensive portfolio of projects.

As one of the Sunshine Coast’s most experienced agents, Marcus Muir has been involved in the delivery of more than $250 million in sales and brings a wealth of experience to the position.

Mr Muir says he looks forward to working with the team at Henzell Property Group to bring to market projects that will continue to develop and transform the region – something the family has done for over four generations.

“To be joining a family business that has helped define the urban shape of Caloundra since the 1930s is very exciting. There’s certainty not many companies out there that share the same level of experience as Henzell Property Group,” said Mr Muir.

Mr Muir’s appointment comes as Henzell Property Group prepares to launch its exclusive new $200 million residential enclave, The Cove, Pelican Waters.

The Cove is situated within the acclaimed Pelican Waters precinct and will become the final offering in the masterplanned residential community.

The site was purchased by Roy Henzell Snr, great grandfather of Henzell Property Group’s Director Mclean Henzell, in 1946.

DA plans for The Cove were launched earlier this year and approval is expected in the coming weeks.

Mclean Henzell said he is thrilled to welcome Marcus to the position of Sales Director.

Mr Muir, who has over 13 years’ experience in the industry will oversee all aspects of the marketing and sales process, right from the planning stages through to sale.

Mr Muir has delivered some of the Sunshine Coast’s most iconic projects and has achieved a number of records for off the plan sales throughout the Sunshine Coast.

Having lived in the region for the past 25 years Mr Muir said there’s no better place to live and work than the Sunshine Coast.

“Through my time living and working in the Sunshine Coast I have developed great knowledge of the region and its property market. This, coupled with my strong connections in the industry, sees me provide the best service possible to clients,” said Mr Muir.

Mr Muir first met the Henzell Property Group’s Director when the two attended school together at Sunshine Coast Grammar.

Their longstanding personal connection, together with almost 30 years combined experience in real estate, development and construction, will see the pair make a formidable team and they continue to deliver luxury projects across the Sunshine Coast.
