DEVELOPER SCORES $7M STRAIGHT OFF THE PLAN

Almost $7 million in off the plan sales has been generated by a Coast development company to meet the "exceptional demand" in Caloundra.

Henzell Property Group has achieved stellar sales at two recently launched projects in Caloundra.

According to the company, its Salt on Taylor and Sage on Bower have been met with exceptional demand from owner-occupiers and downsizers since they were launched in May.

Salt on Taylor is the company's debut development in Golden Beach.

Henzell Property Group representatives say it achieved total project sellout in just three weeks, generating $4.56 million in sales.

The project offers a collection of eight three-bedroom townhouses close to the waterfront and Pumicestone Passage.

Henzell Property Group sales director Marcus Muir said the level of interest was expected.

"The townhomes are well-designed, well-priced and situated in a burgeoning beachfront area that has been growing in popularity in recent years," Mr Muir said.

"Our development plans for Salt on Taylor are progressing well with preliminary construction work currently under way and final completion on track for Christmas this year.

"Buyers have showed no hesitation in securing one of the eight townhomes available and we look forward to welcoming them to the community."

Coinciding with the success of Salt, the Sage on Bower project has also exceeded expectations to record more than $2 million in sales.

There is just one townhouse remaining which is priced at $525,000.

The townhouse project, located just five minutes from the Caloundra CBD and Kings Beach, offers five two-level, three-bedroom townhouses.
